A message from the campus:

Welcome to St. Andrews Presbyterian College!
St. Andrews strives to educate our students to be knowledgeable and imaginative servant-leaders well prepared for a lifetime of learning, leadership, and service in an ever-changing and interdependent world. to be knowledgeable and imaginative
St. Andrews is different. At St. Andrews, professors know you by name and take the time to work with you. The flexibility of the academic program helps you achieve your goals. (You can even design your own major at St. Andrews.) The technology you need to succeed is available from the minute you step on campus.
Some large universities are rigid and impersonal. Students are known by a number, classes are held in tremendous lecture halls and that class you needed to finish your degree, well, it was closed out and you can't get in. Now, your four-year program just turned into five years and summer school. And, by the way, all those great computers, well those are reserved for graduate students.
The St. Andrews focus is on YOU. In completing this application, please remember that we want to know you. Sure, your grades and test scores are important, but our real interest is in making sure that you and St. Andrews will be a good match. Please call us at 1(800)763-0198 if you have questions about your application or the College.
Thank you.

About St. Andrews
St. Andrews is a four year liberal arts and sciences college in the Sandhills Region of North Carolina. Known for innovation and academic excellence in an unparalleled interdisciplinary curriculum, classes challenge the student to think critically and to express ideas clearly and effectively. Emphasis is placed on the acquisition and mastery of communication skills, analytical techniques, problem-solving strategies, leadership skills and creative expression. Members of the faculty work cooperatively as teachers, mentors, and advisors while maintaining a commitment to scholarship and professional development.
St. Andrews delivers undergraduate degrees in three settings meeting the needs of both high school graduates and college transfers in a residential setting, and adult learners in degree completion options through evening/weekend satellite campus and through online options.
Admissions Process
St. Andrews accepts both high-ability students and high-potential students. The office of admission seeks to ensure that candidates for admission possess the characteristics and skills necessary for success at St. Andrews. Each candidate's file is evaluated to consider all aspects of the student's record, including, but not limited to: academic assessments, recommendations and personal achievements.
St. Andrews operates on a rolling admission plan and will accept applications as long as space is available. Students are notified of admission as their files are completed and decisions are made.
Students may be considered for both fall and spring semester entry. Summer entry is available for the evening/weekend and online options. Each student should complete the relevant online application for admission and send fees as required by application type. These fees are payable by credit/debit card, check or money order payable to St. Andrews Presbyterian College. Each student should also print, sign and mail the application agreement statement that appears after you submit your application, to the office of admission.
All applicants must request an official high school transcript, as indicated by the high school seal and the signature of an authorized school official, of each high school attended. If any college credit has been earned, official transcripts of all colleges attended, as indicated by the college seal and signature of an authorized college official, are required. St. Andrews requires of Freshmen and Transfer applicants a score report from the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT I) or the American Testing Assessment Program (ACT). High School Transcripts

Some North Carolina public high schools have the capability to electronically send official high school transcripts when you apply online. We encourage you to visit your school counselor to verify coursework and grades prior to requesting an electronic transcript.
To send an electronic transcript, you must:
- Complete this online application.
- Make sure you have entered the following information in your profile and/or application:
- First and Last name - This must match your NCWISE name (use the name that appears on your report card, or check with your high school counselor).
- NCWISE Student ID - Your NCWISE Student ID is your public high school student identifier number and can be found on your report card. Providing the NCWISE Student ID is voluntary and will give you the opportunity to request your high school transcript electronically.
- Current high school (or high school at time of graduation)
- Date of birth
- E-mail address
- Gender
- Be currently enrolled, or enrolled at the time of graduation, at a participating public high school in North Carolina that has converted from the SIMS system to NCWISE to manage student data. If you are not sure about your school's current status, or status at the time you graduated, check with your school counselor or office staff.
If these conditions were met when you submitted your application, you will then be presented with the option of sending your high school transcript electronically to that school.
