Southwestern Community College!
Please complete the application - all personal data must be
included. After you submit your application, you will receive an e-mail
confirmation that your application was received. The e-mail
will contain important information that will help you successfully complete
the enrollment process.
**Do not use this application to add additional programs of study.
In order to add a program of study, you must submit a Change of Major/Application Update Form to the Registrar’s
Office. The form is available through
the Admissions Office and online at http://www.southwesterncc.edu/advisor/forms.htm.
Submitting additional online applications will result in the de-activation of
previous programs of study.
- Orientation attendance is required
of ALL new students.
- Official transcripts from
previous institutions attended are required of all students regardless of
major -including Special Credit.
- Completing the application DOES
NOT
register you for any classes. Each student is assigned an academic
advisor who advises and registers the student for classes.

- All new students are required to attend an orientation
program.

* E-Mail Address Required - Please notice that
if you do not have an e-mail address you will not be able to submit an online application. You can go to
yahoo.com, hotmail.com or similar free services to create one that will allow
you to complete this process.
** Social Security Number Required - We are not able to process your application without it. (The College collects social security numbers
from all applicants for admission to ensure accurate records for required
federal and state reporting. The College protects and restricts access to this
information.)
*** Submitting the Application DOES NOT automatically enter you into the college’s
database. Applications must be manually
processed. Therefore, please allow
adequate time for processing prior to registration.
**** Completing the Application DOES NOT Register you for any classes. Each student

indicates your agreement to the following statement: I certify that all the information that I have given in this
application is accurate to the best of my knowledge, and I agree to observe all
rules and regulations of Southwestern Community College (SCC). I further agree
to allow SCC to publish personal directory information pertaining to honor
rolls, scholarships, athletic events, news releases and to use personal
directory information and photos in other publications of the college. All
students enrolling at SCC shall be deemed to have agreed to publication of
personal data and photos as indicated above unless a disclaimer is submitted to
the Registrar by the 10th day of the semester in which the initial enrollment
is made.
